How to receive your order after payment

For Merchant (marketplace) trades, you list the item and send us the trade link — we match it against the character name and trade link you gave us at checkout to complete the handover.

How to list an item on the Merchant

Note: you need to own a Merchant Stash to use this feature.

Step 1 — Open Manage Shop

Talk to NPC Fautus (Path of Exile 1) or Ange (Path of Exile 2), then select Manage Shop.

Step 2 — Add the item and set the price

Place the item (gear) you're selling into the stash and set the price to exactly match the quantity you ordered on our website.

Step 3 — Confirm

Press OK to finish listing the item on the Merchant.

How to get your trade link after listing

Step 1 — Open Trade on the official POE site

Log in to the official Path of Exile website and open the Trade section. In the top-left corner, your Account Name is shown in the format ABCD#1234 — make sure both the name and number are visible.

Step 2 — Paste it into Seller Account

In the Trade Filter panel below, paste the Account Name you copied into the Seller Account field.

Step 3 — Send us the link

Copy the full URL from your browser's address bar and send it to us via chat or Discord so we can complete the trade.

Tip: make sure you select the correct Server you're playing on, so the system can find your exact item.
