The rules that apply when you buy or sell through TaaN.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using TaaN to browse, purchase, or sell in-game currency, items, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we offer

TaaN sells and buys virtual currency, items, and boosting services for supported games (currently Path of Exile 1 and Path of Exile 2). All goods are digital and delivered in-game.

3. Accounts & guest checkout

You may check out as a guest with just an email and character name, or create an account to track order history and write reviews. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

4. Orders & delivery

Orders are delivered face-to-face in-game after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary by product and are shown on each product page; we will contact you to arrange a convenient time.

5. Payments & pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed through our supported providers (crypto, PayPal, VNPay); we do not store your full payment card or wallet credentials.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use TaaN for fraud, chargebacks made in bad faith, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these terms.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
