1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide at checkout: email address, in-game character name, optional Discord contact, and, if you create an account, your display name and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
2. How we use your information
We use your information to process orders, deliver purchases in-game, send order status emails, respond to support requests, and improve our service.
3. Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment partners (NOWPayments, PayPal, VNPay). We never see or store your full card number, crypto wallet private keys, or bank credentials, only the transaction status they report back to us.
4. Cookies & locale
We use a small cookie to remember your preferred language and shopping cart between visits. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with the payment providers needed to process a transaction, or when required by law.
6. Data retention
Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of account data that is not required to be retained.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
